ABOUT LIVING ART GALLERY

Living Art Gallery Tattoo Lounge is a locally owned tattoo studio in the heart of San Clemente. Founded by Monte Livingston in 2011, it was one of the first tattoo shops to open in the city after years of restrictions on tattoo studios.

More than a decade later, Living Art Gallery has grown into a creative space filled with experienced artists who specialize in a wide range of styles, including realism, coverups, fine line, traditional, black and grey, color and tiny tattoos.

Monte wanted to create a tattoo shop that felt different from the typical walk-in studio. Our space is comfortable, welcoming and built for people to relax, hang out and enjoy the experience. Whether you’re coming in for your first small tattoo, a large custom piece or a complicated coverup, our goal is to make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk through the door.

Living Art Gallery is proud to have been voted Best Tattoo Studio by the San Clemente Times for 10 years. We’re grateful to have spent more than 15 years creating art, building relationships and tattooing generations of local families, visitors and longtime clients.
