DALLIN MOE

Hello, my name is Dallin Moe.

 

I am an artist, and I’ve been making art for as long as I can remember. I have the most experience in painting and drawing, and I graduated from Otis College of Art and Design with a BFA, with an emphasis in painting and a minor in product design. During my time living in Los Angeles for school, I apprenticed at a tattoo shop and have been tattooing on and off for the past five years.

 

As a tattoo artist, I enjoy creating unique designs and making my clients feel comfortable. I want to give my all to every tattoo because I believe a lifelong commitment to an art piece deserves no less. I’ve found that the more excited I am about designing or tattooing a piece, the more I have to give to it. I hand-draw nearly all of my designs and usually insist on redrawing them to better align with my sensibilities and, hopefully, stoke excitement in both myself and my client.

 

I remember getting every tattoo I have, and I think it’s easy to take for granted the intimacy, trust, and sacred interaction involved in tattooing. I aim to make getting a tattoo with me a special experience, one marked by respect, patience, and ink. :)
